These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BitDataView mobile application and web platform (the "Service") operated by BitDataView ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

BitDataView provides cryptocurrency market data, technical indicators, and analytical tools for informational purposes. The Service aggregates publicly available market data from third-party exchanges and data providers.

3. No Investment Advice

The Service does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. All content, including signals, scores, indicators, and analyses, is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

• You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.
• Past performance of any indicator or signal does not guarantee future results.
• Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and you may lose some or all of your capital.
• You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decision.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• Paid subscriptions are billed through Google Play or the Apple App Store according to the plan you select.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Google Play or App Store account settings.
• Refunds are handled according to the policies of the respective app store.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use automated systems to scrape, harvest, or resell data from the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.

7. Data Accuracy

Market data is sourced from third-party providers including Binance, CoinGecko, and DeFiLlama. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant that the data is complete, accurate, timely, or error-free. Data may be delayed or temporarily unavailable.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, indicators, scoring methodology, and software, is the property of BitDataView and is protected by intellectual property law. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BitDataView shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, trading losses, data loss, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
